The foundation of all alkaline diets is to of course alkalize the body by consuming alkalizing foods! I personally have found that green juice is the best way to alkalize your body and feed your cells with fructose… ONLY the type of fructose that one would find in the form of whole, juiced or blended tree-ripened fruits. The extracted & processed form of fructose that you might see listed in processed foods is NOT a healthy choice. Don’t be afraid to ask the produce manager at the store to sample the fruits before buying them, so you can make sure they are good. They will gladly allow you to do this… especially if you are nice! ;) Prioritize on being able to afford high quality food for yourself, as you are worth it! It is much better to spend money on building healthy, functioning cells for your own body, instead of later having to pay even more in doctors and hospital bills! You will be removing obstructions that potentially had been clogging up your thyroid gland, adrenals, thymus gland, and your heart… which all could have experienced some calcification with hydrogenated oils, starchy carbohydrates, spices & food additives which are really just acidic chemicals! These chemicals might stimulate in ways that temporarily feel good to your taste buds & your energy level, but they also create scarring inside the body’s tissues… which then leads to inflammation… & then potentially to what is known as a ‘disease.’ In the raw food paradigm, we seek to put out the

    @liferegenerator I am a vegaterian aswell and I agree there are plenty of ways to maintain mucle perhaps better than before when I wasn’t. But remember to take some vitamins once in a whilte because the only source of B12 is in meat.

    I tell you, if you went and had a blood test for CRP, you’d find the doctor telling you that your body is not benefiting from your diet (systematic, long-term cellualr inflammation caused by imbalance of prostaglandins (pro-inflammatory type).

    Not only that, but fructose is converted to FAT for the liver first and very little of it is converted to glucose (blood sugar) for energy.

    I use to follow this alkaline idea, but its about balance in consideration to inflammation and exercise.

    YOu have to have a high calorie diet that includes proteins of high PCDAAS scores and workout 3-4 times p/w with heavy weights according to a well structured workout program.

    “Soaked nuts and seeds” will get you no-where fast because it takes NOTHING into consideration.
    What is your stomatotype? this affects how you body changes muscle mass thus needs to be primarily considered in relation to diet and gym. Have a google and research.

    I would suggest that you give irish moss, sea moss a try, it is high in minerals it is alkalined and great for the body. call keith at alkalined foods at 1610-800-9880

    Well here’s something to think about. The Capsaicin in peppers (mostly hot peppers) that causes the heat actually promotes healthy blood vessels in your body and your heart. It also is used to stop inflammation and can help with headaches and reduce fevers

    @NewInChrist72 Thanks for the info. I did do spinach,banana,kale,cilantro and bluberries. It was ok. I think I put in too much kale other than that it was ok. I did add water. I am going to look through Daniel’s old videos. They are helpful.

    Not really a green juice but a smoothie, I do organic spinach, banana and I add spirulina, flaxseeds (that I grind myself) and coconut oil. I’ll add blueberries to it with like 16 oz of water. I drink this in the morning and throughout the day. It cleans me out and makes me feel good. My inflammation is not as bad since I started.

    Liferegenerator your videos really give me alot of hope for curing my condition. thank you man!

    @1pigirl That’s my same question, I have Arthritis in my neck and I just started doing the Green Smoothies and juices. I know this will work. I cutout all the bad stuff. I know it will work, I have belief. Belief is the only thing that is keeping me going, cause all the doctors failed, but I can’t fail me.
