    Getting a 6-pack isn’t so hard IMO, making it visible is. I can do over 250 situps and hold leglifts but I don’t have a very visible 6-pack, just one that is really hard when I flex it. to have a visible 6 pack you have to have low body fat %, like per say a distance runner has…
