  4. Ven0mB0Y Says:

Yea because you wouldn’t buy it all separate just one Price. prob $74

  5. gaagha321 Says:

    Is it cheaper?

  6. Ven0mB0Y Says:

Yea, your welcome but one last thing. they do have a product from muscle milk that has all four in the mix, but it’s not as many servings as it is buying it all separate. A lot of products have a combination.

  7. gaagha321 Says:

Alright thanks for that info man. I appreciate it.

  8. Ven0mB0Y Says:

Damn I can say not very cheap lol. The Whey and Creatine tend to be around $50-$75. While the multivitamin and EFA’s will tend to be under $10 each. I’d say if you buy all 4 each month It cost $160-$180 a month lol. depends on how often you use the stuff though. Some stuff you wouldn’t take every day. Like the EFA’s and Vitamins and maybe even the Creatine. Just daily and the creatine everyother day as a pre workout drink.

  9. gaagha321 Says:

Cool, but how much do all these cost usually?

  10. XXX4THELUVOFITXXX Says:

IMO Glutamine is a scam, its the most abundant amino acid in ur body, additional supplementation of glutamine is not requierd if your useing protein powders

  11. SeanPatterson1987 Says:

as long as your dont get cholestoral problems u should be ok sometimes toooooo many yolks can do it but if u dont notice a problem u should be ok..and if ur trying to lose fat u might need to cut down on yolks and get egg whites ahah but cool
    pce bro

  12. SeanPatterson1987 Says:

I think Glutamine is something he should of included its a very good basic powder for muscle pain/recovery very important for overall skeletal muscle recovery

  13. petestrat07 Says:

I also use BCAA’s in 350g of cottage cheese with Nat peanut butter just before bed.

  14. petestrat07 Says:

I consume 49-56 (70g) eggs per week every week.
    7-8 a day including 3 yolks plus 1 cup of oatmeal/blueberries/cinnamin.
That’s my daily bulking breakfast and it works well.

  15. reevo9 Says:

it may store as fat, and yes excess protein can be pissed out. depending on how much excess there is depends on how much will store as fat and how much will be disposed of by the body

  16. Anarkiados Says:

You won’t piss it out; it’ll turn into fat.

  17. reevo9 Says:

athletes only need a maximum of 1.8 rams of protein per kg of bodyweight. the average person training weights would only need about 1.4 per kg of bodyweight. if you eat more protein than that your body will piss it out and when it passses through your organs it can actually be quite toxic. so if you weigh 80kg and train weights 5days pw at about a hour at a time you will only need between about 100 to 150g of protein per day max, if you get more than this its no use.

  18. streetfightermatt Says:

they’re still good for you, i just wouldn’t be eating like 6 a day or whatnot…

  19. JaredLP78 Says:

Thanks but i already looked it, i guess theyre really just fattening and dont even have that much protein.

  20. streetfightermatt Says:

apparantly more then 7 eggs a week is bad for males, i cant remember why but ive read a study.

  21. misterchuckle Says:

Creatine ethyl ester is harder on the kidneys than monohydrate. Monohydrate has been proven to work in hundreds of tests, the same can’t be said for CEE. Basically they will all work, CEE was just marketed to keep the creatine marketing alive but it works just fine. CEE will also give water bloating it’s just another marketing thing.

  22. kink911 Says:

    mono is cheaper …

  23. JaredLP78 Says:

So are raw eggs still recomended? i’ve always had 2 after a workout.

  24. moorigs Says:

Pretty good advice, regarding the multi-vitamin, far better to take one that is food based for better absorption by the body

  25. eathis12 Says:

take creatine ethyl ester it is better than monohydrate as it increases muscle mass faster and has no water bloating.
