The problem with Nutrisystem is that it is still processed food junk. It teaches portion control. It’s not the portions, it’s the types of calories that you eat. A calorie is not a calorie. Simple carbohydrates drive insulin, insulin drives fat storage. Eat the right whole foods and you can eat all you want. Without the poor quality ingredients and chemical additives.

@MrrrLammm You can just eat the food and stick to the plan and you will still lose weight. It’s best to exercise, but you really don’t have to.

NutriSystem works in sense of teaching what foods to eat when,and how much..etc! I have the planning book,I don’t eat the food they sent my friend! I learned this from her! Its all portions control,and what to eat when… protein,two charbs,fruit,diary..etc all different combos through the day It teaches you how to eat right and control how you eat! because you can whatever you want! its just people eat way too much!!! and don’t exercise.

Thanks will check out your website I love nutrisystem and have used it for over 5 years to maintain 120 lbs at 5’7. Nutrisystem works! It has a ton of fiber and you are full all day long. I supplement with sprouts I grow at home from a store bought sprout growing system (super easy and about $25). Sprouts are the healthiest food on the planet!
