Hands down its Proactol, no side effects, good consistent weight loss and its easy to take. Perhaps a bit more expensive than Hoodia, but you never know if your even getting real Hoodia now days. read my article about Hoodia at http://www.w8lossreviews.com/hoodia.php you can also read about Proactol on my site. http://www.w8lossreviews.com/proactol_details.php
    Good luck

proactol works better…but why use a diet pill when you can do what i do, only eat ONE meal a day, and do as much exercise as you can…

I read some articles about Hoodia but nothing on proactol. Hoodia is an appetite suppressant.

    Hey dude

My proactol just arrived today, I ordered two months supply. I had been doing research like you and it came down to proactol because they are more transparent in their research findings. I downloaded the scientific research from this site: http://www.weightlossredefined.com

Apart from no side effects, the research has shown that the results are noticeable so I’m up for it.

Hoodia or proactol are very different in how they work. Proactol works in your digestive system and hoodia works in the brain. Hoodia has been popular for several years and there have been no side effects associated with it. Proactol is brand new and we won’t know if there are any side effects to our digestive system or other parts of the body for a while.

If you choose hoodia, you will have the best chance of it suppressing your appetite if you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink’s unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html in the “Confidence” column it will indicate if the brand is “Certified”. These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is “Returnable”. These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.

You could also consider another natural weight loss supplement called Cha de Bugre, it is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html

Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplements
