What I eat, How to get a flat tummy etc

This is not necessarily what you/everyone should do. But let me make it clear that I am not a supporter of “diets”, i just believe in making good choices. Kind of a continuation from my other diet video. But basically the quickest way to a flat stomach is: yup you guessed it. Diet and exercise. Lowering your overall bodyfat is the best way to lose fat from ______ (fill in the blank) Stay active, and eating after the gym is OK your metabolism is boosted for three hours after you workout [What I eat everyday] I really dont plan this out. But MOSTLY what I eat is fresh vegetables, lots of lean protein (keeps you full, good for you, helps you build muscle), and fruits. This doesnt mean I dont eat simple carbs or bad foods- I just try to not to make all my meals center around them. I try to limit it to one meal max a day thats carb heavy UNLESS its “good” carbs like brown rice, whole grains, oatmeal stuff like that Breakfast- eat a big one! Yogurt, fruits, eggs, ham whatever. Just get a good breakfast in. Keep in mind MOST cereals are rotten for you, and I dont think they taste very good anyway Lunch & Dinner- lotttsss of veggies (I like em steamed raw whatever), lean protein I try not to eat more than one carb heavy meal a day. And by carbs i mean stuff with white rice, white bread..junk like that When I go out I eat/drink what I

    honestly, if you’re 14 or under, just enjoy life and dont be too conscious about your image. and DONT diet at that age either, honestly you will regret it later.
    let yourself grow to its potential height wise and all and THEN go and diet and exercise all you want

    but the one at my school is the better or the teo
    and no, i dont mind exercise in whatever form it is so I didnt find it awkward.

    and about finding time, well theres never going to be enough time for anything unless you make it, so if its important, make some time :)

    By the way I just wanna ask about going to the gym.
    I just graduated high school and I was really into sports but I won’t be doing any sports now in college so I’m really worried about how to stay fit and stuff.
    Do you go work out at like the fitness center in school or are you in an outside gym? Just basically how do you find the time or when do you work out and was it awkward to begin? I hope you understand my question. .

    @MidnightMourning my vegetarian friends are really in to tofu o_o i know that sounds horribly stereotypical, im sorry im not vegetarian so i cant be of much help though. Im sure theres a lot of sites out there with great vegetarian recipes :)
    google is a great resource.

    try running or something, they key to a flat stomach is low body fat, not crunches :)

    Thank you so much for posting this on here. Im 14 and this summer Ive been trying so hard 2 lose weight so that I could have a flat stomach for highschool. I would do about 30 min of working out on my stomach daily as well as diet myself. My bff has been trying 2 get me 3 open my eyes and see that Im not fat, but it didnt really click.
