@binta2379 Don’t be so sure that what worked for u is a general rule…I gave up milk and fat and I still struggle to lose the weight…so if it worked for u and the cow is fat that doesn’t equal to a scrientific discovery…
Whole fat dairy products are bad for u,not every type of dairy…and also, taking meat out of your diet it’s not always the key to succes…
Trust me,I;m a living proof too:))

there is no way the guy at 6:34 is 7%. Air-Displacement Plethysmography is bullshit because it only measures volume and weight. “Muscle mass” is calculated by reference to statistical averages — that’s why they ask for your age and gender! It’s like telling someone they are 20% bodyfat because everyone else in their demographic is. BAD SCIENCE

@derdriui who cares?

that guy so wants to make love to his bowl of fat..

@binta2379 you prob got that idea from the Skinny Bitch books, right? I don’t think it’s just milk that’s a contributor. I think some people just don’t listen to their stomach when they are full and overeat. Some people have problems like underactive thyroids.
Also, portion sizes contribute a great deal. if people actually watched their portions, worked out everyday and drank enough water, most everyone would lose weight. There are different reasons for everyone why they are heavy or not.

Puta que tróço horrível que é a gordura depois de acumulada. Dá vontade de vomitar.
July 22nd, 2010 at 3:05 am
@binta2379 Seriously? Because I’ve been drinking 4 cups of milk everyday and eating mount loads of cheese since I was 8. Now I’m 13 and I’m 5’5″ and I only weigh 97 pounds. I don’t think dairy products are the major contributor to obesity…..

@binta2379 whole my life I was drinking milk (3.5%) and Im very slender person. Never any problems with overweight… additionaly I have very strong nails

I dont like how they are sending a message of ‘you will struggle forever’ and ‘you can never reduce your fat cells’ good way to make people feel helpless
July 22nd, 2010 at 5:03 am
People are so stupid, there are studies that milk and dairy are a major contributor to obesity, duh! You are sucking fat from a cow, don’t you see how big a cow is? So anyway, the cows are injected with a powerful growth hormone so it’s obvious that when we drink their milk and eat stuff that has cows’ milk (cheese anyone?) that we would become fat. I cut out meat and dairy and lost 147 pounds, i am living proof. Cut out dairy, and that includes ice cream, chocolate and cheese.

@annawillpower I’m not trying to be accusatory or anything, but it’s not just “Anna” that rings the ED bell; it’s the fact that your username also contains the word “willpower.” In addition, upon looking at your profile, I see a couple of things that worry me.
I’m not trying to say that I don’t believe you, but in any case, I hope you are well. <3

famine was not a regular issue for primitive homo sapiens. we were apex predators capable of eating virtually any other animal through teamwork and tools. as long as there was always other animals, which there were, we could get food.
also, fat cells are not “storage” cells. fatty acids and other molecules are constantly flowing in and out of them. what makes a person get obese is when on average more fatty acids flow into their fat cells than out. Insulin drives fatty acids into fat cells.

The machine is obviously not correct. 7% BF? Come on…that’s almost bodybuilder BF and that guy is far from all muscles.
July 22nd, 2010 at 6:51 am
@wkdadam It’s ok, McDonalds kills you in numerous other ways besides putting on fat. They have a great plethora of preservatives and other fun chemicals that will ensure your internals are mistreated. Enjoy!

i like how that long haired guy went into the pod with like a speedo and came out in boxers
July 22nd, 2010 at 8:05 am
@derdriui May be because the t-shirt is red and having a swiss (+) sign on the red t-shirt would make him look like a gay. Daffyd from little Britain wears that red outfit with big swiss (+) on the top and he is a big gay in that programme.
Otherwise, may be it was made by a factory in somewhere like Vietnam who do not give a toss about maps!!

A long time ago, fat women were the hot women to marry. Fat meant they were well fed, a rich family to marry into.

Fat like Muscle is nothing to be scared of, but you can have too much of a good thing to the point where it hurts you.

They keep showing food through fisheye lenses to make it look “gross”. Doesn’t seem to be working for me. All this “greasy, gross” food just looks AWESOME to me. I’m literally salivating.
