@TheAquaman22
Cardio should be done first, simply because working your abs first may cause you to cramp up during a cardio workout.
September 7th, 2010 at 1:06 am
No. You should do plenty of cardio though cause it burns off fat. If you over work your abs it won’t have time to burn off all the fat and it’ll just build muscle under the fat and make your stomach look bigger.

but, what’s the difference with crunches? i mean, they’re different style of excercise to reach the same aim, right?
September 7th, 2010 at 2:41 am
@MegMoo153 We have several cardio videos on our channel page for ideas, but really any kind of cardio is beneficial.

@sczemerynski You’ll have to ask your doctor.

@sparkpeople so, if I wanted to burn off fat and build the muscle, should i do cardio first, THEN the exercises, or vise versa?

This video just keeps getting better and better. The first time it was complicated to follow for me, but after a few tries I am doing the exercises better and better since I don’t have to watch every second to know what they are. Thanks SparkPeople!
