hi jeff. I’m looking to stay fit and strong for soccer. Do you think I need to do heavier weight training mixed with conditioning, or will conditioning be enough? I don’t want to put on to much weight but would like to be strong and toned. How many days a week do you lift heavy weights? cheers, dan
