    I’ve been doing this work out for a couple months now and its the perfect change of pace to my usual routine! I definitely recommend it for a fun dance work out!

    these chicks kinda make me want to laugh, but this is soooo great~!!! I started yesterday w/ the belly dance fitness workout (they’re in purple) soo fun and invigorating and what a workout!

    @devincigirl I just did parts1,2 and3 . I worked up a sweat and feel great after. I want to tone up my middle section. Not to coordinated but have rythum.Its gonna take a few times to get it right. I hope it works!!!!!

    lol! I’m latina and it makes me laugh like crazy, that latin music is always depicted as some 80′s fashion tune overloaded with keyboard effects

    Ahh thanks so much for posting this! Finally a workout I can actually enjoy doing. I used to have this dvd a few years back and it helped me shed some major pounds! Belly-dancing rocks!
