    @shaq67ify yes it works if you stay with it and obviously if you watch what you eat.. I actually felt it, before i saw the diff .. honestly after 2 to 3 weeks, i was seeing a clear difference after a month i was like damn this ish works. but like i said before, if you work hard, and you stick with it, the better results you’re gonna get, and a lil cardio work helps as well

    Hey jeff is it possible to do the last 2 excercies with a crossover machine cause i dont think the gym i go to has a place for cables

    damn i realy nee to chisel my lower chest getting a big strong upper chest is pretty easy but lower chest is much harder i will try these excersizes tomorow nice vid

    @ themegamendoza you should do all of this at least 3 times in a circuit. That should give you a decent workout.

    this is amazing.. i’ve been doing this for about a month and im feeling and seeing the diff. I’m cutting weight for the usaf and i started off at 220, a month and a half ago trynna get to 181. I’m at 199 right now, and havent been sacrificing too much muscle, thanks to this workout, and a good cardio partner
