    Those videos are very interesting, but people cannot obtain the body like Scott only by those exercises. I have made a training like this at home for over two years and my body is tonic but not muscular.

    I usually do push ups until i cant do anymore…
    I mean i do 20 push ups every set, but i dot as many sets as i can and i take a break about 30 seconds…
    is there any problem taking it do hard, can i have any problem with the muscles or is it ok?

    @LNAdrien the push-ups will help get your chest, tris and deltoids strobger. But ther will be a point that your gonna need to start weight lifting to gain muscle.

    I have a question: I’m about only 20lbs “off”, and mainly around the belly and ‘moobs’… just the regular rolls, not too extreme at all. I’m working to get that changed!
    I wonder if these kind of exercises help to slim and lose fat in the torso area??
    Or do I need more cardio and running and stuff for that instead??
    Your videos help a lot!
