Right now my main sports are Ice Hockey and Beach Volleyball. I played American Football and Baseball in college.
I believe that athletics are for athletes. A lot of people get caught up training for a specific sport, but improving all your athletic abilities will make you better at everything. Every athlete should want to improve their speed, strength, agility, explosiveness, balance and coordination.
