Hi Ahmad I did this clip 6 days yesterday and I did Week 5 clip today at 10:00 in the morning 2 times and I dont know what schedule to follow. May you please help me develop a schedule or my eating times and what I should eat and what exercises I should do in between because I’m not that old I’m only 11. I would really apreciate it if you gave me a schedule. Thanks and also when I did week 1 six reps the next morning my arms were aching so yeah your tips and exercises are very helpful and Thanks

I think just doing those hooks for 10 minutes straight would be a tough ass workout

Hey names Amanda and I wanted to say thank you for these. It’s been a few years since i’ve worked out- i get too embarrased- Because of the way you present your videos they are not so intimidating with the 6 super fit people lights face paced and crappy music lol. i feel like its one on one and I just wanted to say thanks- i’ve been following your vids for only 3 weeks and have lost 6 pounds! yay! lol thanks again
Be Well,
Amanda

@TheGoatwhore Got it!
July 14th, 2010 at 3:51 pm
@JohnssonC just follow me…read the video description…some folks get creative and mix up some of the other weekly clips…so that you are doing cardio straight for a full 30-45 mins…see if you can..~ahmad
July 14th, 2010 at 3:53 pm
@illusivetranny always do the resistance clips before the cardio clips… then if you can try to mix up some of the weekly cardio clips…pre load them so you have zero rest time…:)~ahmad
July 14th, 2010 at 4:14 pm
@TheGoatwhore after you finish all of the repeats…then feel free to stretch..use the arm circle and hugger moves that I do in the “dumbbell workout for quarterback” clip…ok?

So how much do you need to do each exercis or is there a time in it. Like do each exercis 1 min….?? I am definitely trying this workout =D
July 14th, 2010 at 8:09 pm
@makingthebest09 Just did it. Damn thats hard!
But my girlfriend said she already noticed a difference, after just over one week. I’ll definitly stick to it daily. My plan is 30 mins at first (the most I can handle at the moment, lol), 6 days a week, then build up to 60 mins in a few weeks, with 30-40 minutes being cardio, the rest resistance. Thanks for the inspiration, you have a damn great physique!

@kaybabe254 the answer to your question all depends on your current fitness level. If you are in shape, then try to complete all week 1-12 clips in one 60 minute session…preload the clips so there is zero wait time…ok? if that’s too tough, then do 3-4 clips back to back and repeat the clip circuit 2 times… clip 1,2,3,4, brief rest then clip 4,3,2,1…stretch,…~ahmad

@medattack I have made a few clips addressing this clip…just do a search for “makingthebest09 lower back and upper back exercises” and I am sure you will find them…let me know if you need further help…~ahmad

@longhorn4500 good to hear!~ahmad
July 14th, 2010 at 10:35 pm
@PeterTheEvilBastard try doing a clip then one long set of jumprope…a 3 minute interval of skipping rope, then do a full clip…repeat until your 30-45 mins are up…really swing that rope…~ahmad
July 14th, 2010 at 11:32 pm
@cathcraze do it as often as you can… if your muscles are too sore, then rest a day or two then begin again. You want to work on really working up a sweat and breathing hard. If you bring intensity to this clip, it will repay you with a great long term physique…try it as many times a day as you can~ahmad
