Does this change your mind about the health benefits of soya products?

According to this article, North American soya is genetically altered & UNFERMENTED and is REALLY BAD for your health and it’s in almost EVERYTHING.

Unfermented soy products, such as soy milk, tofu, soy burgers, soy nuts, soy formula, soy chips and soy ice cream – contain high levels of phytic acid or phytates which block the absorption of essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, and especially zinc in the intestinal tract. Unfermented soy also contains trypsin inhibitors and hemaglutinin that stunt human growth.

Unfermented soy may be linked to reduced male fertility, increased cancer risk, damaged brain function, developmental abnormalities in infants, and early onset of puberty.

Soya has high amounts of estrogen in it and it’s in BABY FORMULA too.

Oh and it’s also fed to pigs, cows, chickens, etc. and also in your cat and dog food!
Agreed old time re the fermented and why I didn’t mention it is that it’s not really available in North America. It takes months to ferment it and you know darned well they are not going to bother doing that being as no one is even aware of the risks nor takes them seriously.

i Need more simple advice about burning fat and eating right etc?

ive read so many fitness articles and most of them sound so complicated..so can anyone help me with some simple advice about

burning fat
eating properly
amount of time in the gym i should spend each day or how many days a week

i want to get toned and get rid of my belly fat etc, ive gained a fair bit of muscle already but i want to be toned enough

any advice???
