Carthage Family Fitness plans chicken dinner, auction fundraiser for youth programs Aug. 28 at First Baptist Church
A chicken dinner is planned to raise money to buy uniforms for youth sports teams of Carthage Family Fitness. The dinner is planned at the First Baptist Church, Adams and Main, in Carthage on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Free SAT assessment provided Aug. 7 in Florham Park
FLORHAM PARK – The KnowledgePoints Learning Center, with locations at the Regency Plaza at 186 Columbia Turnpike and Life Time Fitness at 14 Fernwood Road, both in Florham Park, will offer a free SAT Diagnostic Assessment to high school juniors and seniors of the area at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at its Regency Plaza location.
