The next few blogs will be devoted to outlining what I call “Exercises in Futility”. These are high risk, low reward exercises that I believe are less than ideal and may actually lead to injury.
This simple full body workout will leave you dripping sweat and completely wiped out. This routine is made up of three exercises that you repeat for 8 rounds as fast as you can.
