Yes, weight loss a huge concern to people all over the internet. I am sick and tired of reading all the articles about losing weight saying blah blah blah run jog. I don’t want to run or jog, i’m 13 years old and weight about 140 pounds but people tell me i look pretty skinny but i don’t feel skinny. My sister is keep calling me fat, she one year older than me and i just want to prove to her when i get skinny i’m gonna be the one calling her fat.
Now can someone tell me some shocking weight loss tips that could help me. I’ve seached the whole entire yahoo answers for questions that relate to me and it can’t seem to help. The part where i am mostly concerned about is my thighs, they are all blubber-y and its hard to believe that a child has cellulite until you’ve met me. I just want to be like everyone else and wear shorts not black pants all summer long.
The answer i want is not “your young live your childhood” i want something that works and feels that it works. The reason i think i may have gained a lot of weight it because of starbucks, yes i know starbucks is good but also fattening, i gain weight all because of those delicious frapps.
My favourite exercise is doing squats for straight on 5 minutes its really hard, but it actually works.

P.S The only equipment i have it 2 pounded weights and i have a fitness room in my condominium so i could also do fitness activities there.
