I’m 5’0 and 135-140 pounds! Help please!!!!!!!?

I’ve weighed this much my whole life *sigh* I can never lose weight, but at least I don’t gain weight. I have never weighed more or less than this after I hit puberty. And I hate it! In order to be considered “healthy” I need to weigh at least 124 pounds. I’m a vegetarian, I don’t drink pop, and I don’t eat much in general and I drink green tea often and I get lots of veggies, fruits, fiber, vitamins, and soy protein :] My eating habits are fine. I’m not really active, but I sort-of used to be (I’d walk almost everyday, and cardio and stuff but I don’t lift weights) and I’m starting to walk everyday and stick to my cardio (this workout with jumping jacks and squats added: http://www.prevention.com/cda/article/5-moves-that-firm/7f99d08f88803110VgnVCM20000012281eac/fitness/body.by.design/strength.weight.training/)

I wouldn’t consider myself unhealthy at all! Infact I’m a huge health freak. So why can’t I lose any weight?! What the hells wrong with me?!! :(
