@urbro2 Your muscles arent growing while you workout, they are when you let them recover. Twice a day? Every day? Not so good ^^” And you also need to train more parts of your body. Anyways your muscles will grow, but only if you give them a day or two for recovery.
Also keep in mind to change a workout or 1-3exercises every 4-6weeks. Also change the positions of the exercises every few weeks so your muscles get new stimulations and not used to the exercises. That way they wouldnt grow much

If u acctually want to lose weight, by an higher mass of muscle, that needs more calories without doin anything you need to train the big muscles, not the abs.
The body doesn’t take the energy it needs out of the waist, its genetically where it takes it from first.
Still this exercises are pretty good
