Lose Belly Fat!

Posted on 31 July 2010 by admin

www.scoobysworkshop.com Men and women alike have trouble removing fat in the love handle and belly region, the reason is, this is the first place fat is stored when you start gaining weight and its the last place the fat comes off when you lose weight. The leaner you get, the harder it is to lose fat because the body wants to keep those last energy reservers for survival purposes. If you try brute force dieting to get rid of that last bit of fat which is stored in the love handles and over the lower abs, you will end up burning off muscle as well as fat – not what we want! What I’m gonna show you in this video is how to get ripped without burning off muscle by using carb cycling. And when your bodyfat is low enough, the last fat stores are removed and for most people, that is the love handles and over the lower abs. This is not spot fat removal, there is no such thing! Carb cycling is an amazing fat loss technique, its not a fad diet, its fine tuning of the zig zag diet developed by Dr Fred Hatfield several decades ago but its not for everyone. If you have more than 20lbs to lose, just good old fashioned nutrition and exercise is all thats required to lose weight. Where carb cycling shines is for those who are already fairly lean, those with 2-pack or 4-pack abs who just cant seem to get any leaner. Carb cycling is perfect for this, it helps you go from lean to ripped without loss of muscle. I’m more ripped now because I have been following my own carb cycling plan! I

Btw scooby being this ripped can’t possibly be that healthy can it ? If women don’t have a certain procentage of fat. Between 10 and 20 percent i think. They cease to have their periods.

Yeah Yeah it took decades for you to get this shape and no steroids or anything ( A shame that every body builder in the magazine uses em. I mean noone can look like Kai Greene or Branch Warren or Phil Health unless they were eating steroids sandwitches )

Is it really healthy to do this ?

@ilikegirlsalotxd Hey buddy, I’m no expert but I dont stress caloric intake

A calorie is a measure of heat.. that’s why you literally burn calories when you exercise.. I just focus on eating healthy things and spending an hour a day doing cardio so I never have to worry about calories

    Everything in moderation buddy :)

    – Hope this helped you out

scooby, i have a question about starvation mode.first of, i’m 15 and id don’t know what my caloric intake should be(which sucks).i work out all week long, three times weight training and four times cardio in which i jog 4 miles in 35 mins.I’ve been told that my caloric intake should be 2000,so in order to create a calorie deposit i only consume 1500 hundred a day.FINALLY the QUESTION: first,is 2000 really a correct caloric intake for me and second, is 1500 calories too less for me to lose fat

Drew Carey (of The price is right) lost 80 pounds by drinking water and not eating carbs is that considered carb cycling?

    Thanks for your help.

hey Scooby! I did some major damage to my shoulder (from playing sports, not over working it in the gym) and the doctor said to avoid upper body workouts for 2-3 months. I looked on your website, and said to do cardio and leg workouts. Im just curious as to how my body will be like after my shoulder heals up. Will I have to start from scratch at low weights, or will I be able to do upper body workouts reatively easily? I just don’t want all this hard work to go to waste. P.S- Your vids ROCK!

etheir do plastic surgery OR wait.. If you are young the skin will become tighter eventually.

=( You may not need operations to loose weight if Ure extremly big. But you will need it to remove the extra skin =(

    Nice videos man.

Never really counted my calories, but I’ve been working out 3 times a week for 2 hour sessions either with gymnastics, swimming, weights, basketball or any other sport and I’ve been losing about 1-2lbs per week. I went from 203 in the winter to around 178 now which is close to ideal for 6ft except I want to improve the explosiveness and strength of my muscles.

A more ripped 6pack wouldn’t hurt either. Probably just need to stay active more often.

This isn’t the best video in youtube, this is way better than that !!! thnx scooby
