I tried this diet plan 4 years ago and yes, it does work but results will not last!! U will gain back that weight if not more once u stop the diet. To keep those results, u must be on this diet for the rest of ur life!! Another fad diet plan….

Good job! Keep it going! I know exactly how you feel with the height… I’m only 4’9″ and 100 pounds. I’ve actually been dieting for about a month, but I’m too scared to look at a scale. :/ Seeing results is better than watching numbers anyway.

@pinkmacprincess no actually i am just really tiny and like only 5 foot. i did lose some pounds but i gained them back because my doctor didn’t recommend the lost weight, and i need to grow. so yeah, but i figured out the reason i looked chubby is cuz i was bloating which is a genetic thing for me, lol. but oh well looking skinny isn’t the most important thing. just being healthy. thx 4 ur suggestion tho. i might try to put on more weight if i think i need it.

and thats good. I plan on exercising more often too. My plan is yoga in the mornings, and then idk what time in the day, but i will be going to the gym for an hour, and then swimming for an hour.
